Queso came to us after at least 6 months of being abandoned outside. A very kind and patient woman worked with a business owner to keep an eye on her and earn her trust. Once Queso was able to be caught, she was brought to us at Vermont Cat Rescue. We brought her to the vet to find she was luckily healthy and not microchipped. She now helps the other cats in our house run the place while us humans feed them and pay the bills. Queso is a very sweet girl who loves to be the center of attention.
Sarah is a mom of 2 litters who is done being pregnant (spay on May 28th) and is ready to find her forever home. Sarah is a lovey cat. She will follow you everywhere you go and rub on you all day for attention. She loves to care for other cats in the home (did I mention she is a mom??) Sarah will be ready to adopt by June first. Please email text, or call with inquiries
Spice was adopted from a humane society with his sister Sugar in 2024. Spice is his own best friend and loves to be the main attention. Sugar will climb up and sleep in your lap and curl up in bed with you at night. They both have been in a home of other cats, but they would do best in a home with just the two of them.
Owen came to us from CT where he was in a home with lots of other fur friends. Owen was surrendered because he should really be an only cat. He doesn't love being around other cats and will hide in any small dark place he can when another cat is around. His favorite place to hide is in our closet. He knows how to open the folding doors all by himself and meows when he gets in there for us to go pet him. Owen is a very sweet boy and loves to snuggle up under the blankets with you.
